Leasing

So my friend’s faithful old car has decided that it has had enough and has given up.

Well it has seen better days along with 3 children who are now all grown up.  It has had pushchairs in the boot countless amounts of times along with bikes and scooters and maybe the odd bag of shopping if there was any room left!

Unsure what the best thing was to do they did their research into whether they buy another car or look at leasing a car from a car leasing and contract hire company.

Unfortunately they had to hire a car in the meantime as they didn’t have one and still needed to get out and about to the many after school clubs and activities and to the shops.

After much deliberation they decided that they would lease a car and as they own their own business it made sense as they could claim 100% of the VAT on servicing and 50% of the VAT on the financial rental cost.

The next decision they had to make was what car to lease.  Being a family of 5 but with two older children they didn’t have the worry about fitting 3 car seats in anymore which meant their choice was bigger.

They chose a great family car in the end that they all love and now can’t wait to upgrade when the contract is up for renewal.
